Who we are

Indgael, (“Indgael”, “we”) is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. For any question about your data, contact us at contact@indgael.eu.

What data we collect

  • When you use our contact form: your name, the name of your business, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, the type of request and your message.
  • When you contact us by email or phone: your name, contact details, the name of your business and the content of your message.
  • When you visit the website: our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you request and your browser type.

Why we use it

  • To answer your questions, arrange tastings, send you our catalogue or samples and prepare or manage a business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or the steps you ask us to take before one, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
  • To keep the website and the contact form secure and working properly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website. To block spam, the form uses a hidden field and a time check. This does not involve cookies or third-party services.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and contact details for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example for accounting. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period only.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as our hosting and email providers. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our mailbox through our email provider. If a provider processes data outside the European Union, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you load a page. Links to Instagram or Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@indgael.eu. If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add new features to the website. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
